Refunds for Charter Fishing Trips
As part of our refund and returns policy, you have the flexibility to cancel your scheduled charter up to 72 hours before your trip for any reason. In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund of your trip deposit. However, your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel within 72 hours of your trip. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. For example, if you’re unable to make it on the scheduled day, we’ll try to reschedule your trip for another available date. Alternatively, we can hold your deposit for a future booking if you need to reschedule.
If your trip is canceled by the captain due to factors such as inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a 100% refund. We’ll also make every effort to accommodate you on another day of your choosing, subject to availability. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.

When you purchase something from St. Pete Sport Fishing, we want you to be happy. Not 100% satisfied? Our refund and returns policy is simple. Return the item and get a full refund for the merchandise.
- Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. You can return any unused item for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Free Returns: We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.
- You can’t return any used item.
- All items have to be in the original packaging.
- You can’t return closeout or discontinued items. Those sales are final.

Your return request is within 30 days of shipment. We will issue a refund within 5 working days of getting the items back. Any shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchange for Defective Merchandise
Items are inspected before shipment. Defective items will be replaced free of charge. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email Sa***@St****************.com. Please include photos of the product and the damage or defect.
